Treatments/Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine
Aesthetic & Regenerative · 05 of 06

Aesthetic &
regenerative medicine.

Botox. Filler. PRP and PRF. Skin tightening. Regenerative protocols. Practiced as medicine — restrained, indication-led, and tuned to look like you on a better day, not someone else.

What it treats

Six concerns we treat with measured intervention.

01

Forehead & glabella lines

Dynamic wrinkles from facial expression. Botox or Dysport, conservatively dosed to preserve natural movement.

02

Volume loss

Midface, temple, and tear trough volume loss with age. Hyaluronic acid filler placed structurally — not in the lips, in the support architecture.

03

Skin laxity

Mild-to-moderate facial and neck skin laxity. Forma RF skin tightening, microneedling with PRP, regenerative protocols.

04

Texture & tone

Sun damage, post-inflammatory pigmentation, dull skin, large pores. Microneedling with PRP, peels, topical regimen.

05

Hair thinning

Female-pattern hair thinning, diffuse loss, postpartum or hormonal. PRP/PRF scalp protocols, hormonal evaluation, peptides.

06

Recovery & repair

Post-procedure recovery, post-injury repair, regenerative tissue support. Exosomes, peptides, PRP-assisted recovery.

FAQ

Questions most patients ask.

Will I look “done”?

Not in this practice. The aesthetic philosophy is restraint — we dose Botox below maximum so expression is preserved, place filler structurally rather than in the lips, and refuse to overfill. The goal is that nobody can tell, but they notice you look rested.

How is the regenerative side different from a med spa?

We use PRP, PRF, exosomes, and peptides as part of a full medical plan — coordinated with hormonal, nutritional, and surgical considerations. The protocols are evidence-based and the plan is written by a physician, not a technician.

Do you take insurance?

The practice operates out-of-network. We provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits. We accept HSA/FSA cards.

Will I see Dr. Berman herself, or a nurse practitioner?

Every initial consultation is conducted by Dr. Berman. Follow-ups may be conducted by Dr. Berman or a member of the clinical team based on the visit type, but Dr. Berman remains the supervising physician for every patient on the panel.

How long do results last?

Botox: 3–4 months. Filler: 9–18 months depending on type and area. PRP: 9–12 months. Forma RF: typically 12–18 months with maintenance. We build a maintenance schedule into your plan.
