A Comprehensive Evaluation

Dr. Jennifer Berman

Your sexual health is nothing to take for granted. And when you go in for a sexual health exam you should be seeing someone who knows female urology and gynecology intimately. I’m Dr. Jennifer Berman and I have a vast expertise in women’s sexual health. I’ve been on high profile shows like Good Morning America, Dr. Phil, and I’ve also co-hosted The Doctors. I’m no stranger to being in the public eye as a mainstay in the media as a leading urologist and sexual health expert. Your sexual health exam can usually be done during a lunch hour, depending on what tests need to be done as a part of your custom-tailored experience with me. It’s of paramount importance that you DON’T put off your sexual health exam.

During my full comprehensive evaluation I take into consideration the “whole patient,” which means discussing your sexual history, your family history, your lifestyle habits, and more — all in the name of providing the most comprehensive care possible.

I’ll help address problems that affect your sexual health, like PSAS Syndrome (Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome). I can also help with female hormonal balance and provide minimally invasive treatment alternatives that will help control your estrogen levels.

During your pelvic exam I’ll make sure that your reproductive organs and sexual organs like your vagina, labia, cervix, uterus, and ovaries are all healthy and functioning at optimum capacity. I’ll also screen for cervical cancer by utilizing a Pap Test — not to mention sexually transmitted and vaginal infections. I’ll check your genital area for warts, sores, rashes, irritation, discharge, and any other abnormal activity.

Benefits of Your Sexual Health Exam

Knowing where you stand when it comes to your sexual health is the right and responsible stance to take. You’ll be able to have the peace of mind that comes along with knowing exactly what is going on with your body. And, in the event that there are any problems or infections, I’ll give you the custom-tailored treatment you need to live a normal, productive life again.

Don’t leave anything to chance when it comes to your sexual health. If it’s been a long time since you’ve had an examination, now is the time to do it. You not only owe it to yourself to know, you also owe it to your partner and anyone you have been (or will be) sexually intimate with.

Call me today at (310) 772-0072 to schedule your comprehensive sexual health examination with one of the nation’s leading female urology experts. I’m an accomplished urologist also specializing in gynecology providing treatments that are designed to help you take control of your sexual health.
